This hidden gem of a diner is found in Ebisu. The front is all glass, giving the interior a bright, airy feeling, and you can see the photo book lined shelves from outside. The shop is a pillarless box-shaped room made of wood. The back of the shop is wide open. There are about 5,000 photo books on the shelves, the collection of photo editor Kotaro Iizawa, all of which are free to browse. The food here is unpretentious, with a varied menu of Japanese home-style cooking and healthy food using seasonal ingredients. Their daily special Seasonal One Soup Three Greens Lunch is a hit.

家が近所のため、ふらりと立ち寄ってご飯するのに良い場所です。写真集を見ながら落ち着いて食事が出来ます。サッカーワールドカップやアジアカップのときは、プロジェクターでスクリーンに試合を投影して、お客さん同士で一体となって応援して楽しかったです。他にも、色々とイベントを企画されていて飽きないです。

恵比寿駅から徒歩10分ほどにある家庭料理が楽しめる食堂です。写真評論家・飯沢耕太郎さんの蔵書である写真集が壁一面にあり、自由に手に取ってみれるのが魅力的です。家庭料理も素朴ながら「泣きご飯」「糠ケーキ」など珍しい、ついつい頼んでみたくなるメニューが豊富で盛り上がります。イベントも多々あるようで写真美術館の帰りなどにおすすめの食堂です。
