Franklin Avenue, located in the residential area of Gotanda, is a gourmet hamburger restaurant which uses only very selective ingredients. This hamburger diner, founded in 1990, is considered one of the original gourmet burger restaurants coming into Japan with first wave of hamburger restaurants. The structure itself is a single resident building, providing a calm atmosphere, without an excessive American atmosphere. Their trademark item is the mushroom cheeseburger. The mushrooms smothered in cheese atop a copious amount of meat, is the secret of this popular quality burger.
