Since the start they have avoided using artificial sweeteners and colors whenever possible, and their bakers aim to bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients in every handmade cake. Their leaf-shaped pies are especially popular. The simplicity of the items draws out their flavor. You can order light fare like cake, cookies, and sandwiches in the tea room.

待ち合わせのついでに、ランチをにロイヤルミルクティをセットでオーダー。カツサンドと卵サンドを試してみたが、十分な量で満足できる。ロイヤルミルクティはおかわりが無料で、とても得をした気分になれる。

雨の日でしたが土曜日の15時半は喫茶室には行列が出来ていました。ショーケースには生ケーキが10種類ほど並んでいましたが、定番のモザイクケーキ（411円）やシュークリーム（411円）は売り切れていました。ショートケーキ540円とゴルゴンゾーラレモンパイ454円をテイクアウトし自宅でいただきました...

店内は昭和レトロな喫茶店という感じですが、薄汚さはありません。BGMはベートーベン。価格が価格なので客層はほとんど中高年で、意外と男性が多かったです。奥の部屋は狭くてちょっと圧迫感あり。元喫煙ルームなのでしょうか、壁がにおいました（エアコンの下の席だったのでもしかしたらエアコンの方かも？）。トイレもありますが、客席のすぐ横で落ち着かなさそう。ふらっと立ち寄るには高いですが、紅茶のおかわり...
