Ginza Ukai-tei
A high class teppanyaki restaurant located on the first floor of the Jiji Press Building in Ginza, Chuo City, Tokyo. The theme of the restaurant's decor is Japan's Westernization movement during the Meiji period; opening the restaurant doors, your eyes will be drawn to a large painting of an elegant woman in retro-modern style. The Japanese architecture mixing the modern with nostalgia and the antique works of Western art create dining spaces that tell stories. The main dining area is a deep sea-themed circular counter. Along with their meal, diners can enjoy the magnificent technique of their chef. Ginza Ukai-tei serves creative teppanyaki cuisine made with select Kuroge Japanese Black beef and seasonal seafood and other ingredients singled out by the head chef.
