D47 Shokudo

A set meal restaurant dedicated to the concept of “delicious and right Japanese food.” Adjoining the D47 Museum in Shibuya Hikarie, the restaurant offers dishes made with seasonal ingredients and served on tableware stocked from producers from Japan’s 47 prefectures which the Editorial Department of D Design Travel encountered while reporting on areas around the country. Each month, the prefectures featured and menu changes.
