This is the first Japanese branch of the 800° DEGREES Neapolitan Pizzeria chain, which has become very popular on the West Coast of the U.S.A.; diners can enjoy authentic pizza that is cooked rapidly in a very hot oven to a perfect soft yet firm consistency. Diners place their order at the counter, and choose from among over 40 different toppings; they can then enjoy watching the pizza made just the way they want it right in front of them.
