The Tourist centre is at the start of the entrance leading to Nakamise street and Sensoji temple. You can purchase Tokyo Metro Pass here. (Dont forget to bring your passport). The staff are friendly...

Great views of the Asakusa area from the top floor observation deck. It is free and you can see the shopping Street and the Senso-ji Temple as well as the surrounding neighborhoods.

If Mother Nature calls, there were bathrooms on the lower floor. To get good pictures, you need to go to the top floor. Either you shoot through the glass or hold your camera above the glass barrier...
