This is a long-established eel restaurant established in 1894 in Saito City, Miyazaki Prefecture. Guests can enjoy the taste of “kaba-yaki” (eel, dipped and broiled in soy sauce) using carefully selected local eel. The well-grilled odorless taste is characteristic of domestic eel. It is a popular restaurant with queues forming at opening and offers a waiting room as well. Many people visit from afar.

11時の開店に合わせてうなぎの入船に行きました。10時半に着きのれんが出ると同時に予約し2番目。待合室で開店を待っていると11時には数組の行列が出来てました。5.6番目に入店。うなぎ上定食5270円を注文。店員さんから料理は予約順に配膳となりますと言われ2番目には料理が運ばれて来ました。うなぎをがっつりと食し大満足。
