"This history museum in Amakusa City, Kumamoto Prefecture is popular with tourists. It provides the chance to learn about Amakusa from the 16th century onward and its interactions with European culture. There are a variety of exhibits including materials related to the Collegio missionary school, and a replica of the Gutenberg printing press brought back to Amakusa by the boys and others of the ""Tensho Embassy."" Apart from their permanent exhibition, they regularly hold planned exhibits."

グーテンベルク印刷機を見たいと思って来館しましたがレプリカでした。本物はバテレン追放時に一緒にマニラかマカオに送られてしまったようです。コレジヨ館ですが地元代議士の私物コレクションを引き継いで展示されていると自慢され、なんだかなぁという感じです。
周遊観覧券がオススメ。天正遣欧少年使節にもスポットを当てた展示。

キリシタン資料館４館をお得に回れる周遊観覧券(600円)で巡りました。コレジヨは学校の意味。本などの資料が多くあります。レプリカではなく本物の洋書が多く展示されていました。天正遣欧少年使節にもスポットを当てています
禁教の歴史がわかる

禁教の歴史がわかります。しかし、ビデオで概要が流れてなかったので(コロナのため？)全体を掴みづらかった。長崎では、流れている。そこが飛ぶと単なる物見遊山になるので、コロナであろうが、工夫して流してほしい。ESOPの人形は、高レベルのアーティスティックなものが、ポンと出てきて期待以上で見応えありました！
