熊本名物の馬肉料理を提供するレストラン。人気店との事ですが、平日のオープンと同時だったの直ぐに席に着けました。ミニ馬刺盛６種とひれステーキのスペシャル定食（3300円）をオーダー、ステーキは細切れで食べ応えが乏しかったです。Paypayなどの電子マネーは使えませんでした。

熊本市電田崎橋より徒歩4分。ランチタイムに入店、ミニ馬刺六種盛定食を注文。刺身は特上、あばら、たてがみ、心臓、タン、レバー、全て新鮮で食感が良く旨味が濃厚、中でもレバーが絶品。人気のメニューのため売り切れ完売とのことです。ご馳走さまです、夜じっくりお邪魔させていただきます。
