魚が美味しい時期になってきました。平日に休みが取れたので車で平戸まで行って美味しい魚をいただきました。うかがったのは「豊鮨」です。三度目の訪問です。狙いは平目とウチワエビです。メニューを拝見すると、この両方が一度で味わえる「じげもん定食」3150円をいただきました。刺身はウチワエビ、ヒラメ、サザエなど、平戸牛の陶板焼き、小鉢と味噌汁、茶碗蒸しにご飯が付いています。期待通りのプリッとした甘みも感じる...

ヒラメのシーズンでしたので、ランチにて利用いたしました。ヒラメ丼はネタもよくて食べ応えあり美味しかったです。ウチワエビのお味噌汁もとても美味しくおかわりしたいほどでした。カウンター席にて利用いたしました。
