葛餅をいただきました。市販されているものとはちがう・・・変な雑味がない。美味しい。かなり高齢の女将さんが帳場に座っていて、葛餅の家庭での作り方のポイントを何度も説明してくれた。葛を大切に美味しく食べてほしいという気持ちが伝わってきた。その説明も実際に書き加えてもらえるとありがたいのだが・・・とりあえず、自宅で作ってみようと思います！

秋月の街道ぞいにある、老舗の葛のお店。外観は改装されていますが、店内は老舗の雰囲気そのままです。築260年だそうです。葛もちをいただきました。しっとりしておいしい。伝統の味。お土産もたくさんあります。秋月にこられたら、おすすめします。
