Nankin Senryo
Originally opened as Kyushu's first ramen street stall, this ramen restaurant is known for serving old fashioned Kyushu style tonkotsu pork broth ramen. The restaurant's ramen, characterized by a simple broth and crimped noodles, is said to be the progenitor of tonkotsu ramen. The restaurant is also notable for making its ramen with alkaline ion water and Mongolian rock salt.
