旅行で行った際に、近くで探してこちらにお伺いしました。時間も遅かったので、おすすめは品切れでした。もつ鍋を楽しみにしていましたが、スープは深みがあまり感じられないよーな…。次の日の仕込みを始めてましたが、たーくさんの化学調味料を使っている様をみて、こんなもんか…と。今どきの美味しいお店は使っているとは思いましたが、あんなに…（笑）次は化学調味料不使用のお店に行きたいと思います。
もつのプリプリは最高！！
