Kitaro
This ramen restaurant is located in Minami Ward, Fukuoka City. In addition to tonkotsu pork bone ramen, the restaurant also serves chanpon noodles and a full array of other Chinese and Chinese-style dishes. Also popular are the restaurant's gyoza pot stickers, made without garlic and a signature item since the days when the establishment was merely a street stall. These gyoza go great with the restaurant's homemade rayu chili oil.
