This kamaboko (a type of processed seafood) shop founded in 1910 carries a full range of popular products. They are best known for their high-grade kamaboko, which are carefully crafted one at a time with the best ingredients. Fine adjustments are made to the kamaboko to match the temperature and weather that day. Their take chikuwa, a local variant of chikuwa fish cake served on a bamboo stick, a wide variety of fried kamaboko, and fish katsu, a breaded and fried fish cake, have high reputation. Their fish katsu has even been selected by ANA for meal services on international flights.

製造直売所です。市場の真ん中？角にあり、年末には賑わいますが普段はあまり人はいません。市場の駐車場が利用できます。ちくわやフィッシュカツ、季節やイベントに応じた面白い蒲鉾も売っています。

徳島市民の台所である「中洲市場」の、徳島東警察署側から入ったところの角にあります。質実剛健な感じの市場の中で、このお店だけ外壁をレンガ張りにしていて、ちょっと目を引きます。中には各種かまぼこが売られていて、おかずに買っていく人もいれば、ここから地方発送してくれるので、贈答用に注文しにくる人もいます。もちろん１個からでも買えるので、買い食いして食べ歩きするのも楽しいです☆
