This venerable Tokushima-style chuka soba (Chinese noodles) shop opened in 1951. The richness and mild flavor of their soup, a recipe passed down from the first owner, makes their chuka soba truly exquisite. Their ribs, which are cooked with a sauce that has been made by adding more new sauce to the original sauce for over half a century since their founding, are also excellent. Their most popular item, though, is their wonton soup, which features plenty of wonton noodles served in the same soup as the restaurant’s chukasoba noodles.

鳴門で渦潮見て鈍行で大阪へ向かう日でしたが、乗継時間がだいぶありどうしてもこの店で徳島ラーメンを食べたかったので、徳島へ戻り訪問！ランチ時で僕以外は全て地元民でしたが、月見そば肉入りのラーメンはスープも濃厚でお肉たっぷりの卵を絡めた徳島ラーメンはとても旨かったです。

徳島駅から歩いて行けるお店を探して伺いました。店内にはたくさんサイン色紙が貼ってありました。おにぎりあたためますかの色紙もあり美味しさへの期待が高まりました。ボリュームがあってお腹ペコペコのがっつりめしに向いていると思いました。通し営業で利用しやすいです。
オーソドックスな徳島中華そば

徳島ラーメンが認知される前からある中華そば屋さん。阿波踊り期間中は、店の外に待ち人多数です。麺類は中華そば、肉入り、月見、ワンタンぐらいのレパートリーですかね。地元の人には、ワンタン麺が人気のようです。いわゆる徳島ラーメンとしては、あっさり目。無論満足のお味でした。写真は肉入り月見そば。
