Ichikawa-Daimon Sports Ground

This multi-purpose sports ground is along a river in Nishiyatsushiro County, Yamanashi Prefecture. It has both a baseball field and a softball field that you can reserve for a fee. It also hosts the Shinmei Fireworks, Yamanashi Prefecture's biggest display. Held annually on August 7, the nationally popular event features an elaborate program including music and a light show. It was chosen as the number one firework display by top ranked pyrotechnics masters on the Tokyo Broadcasting Service's show Job Tune.
