A popular restaurant founded over 90 years ago which serves tendon tempura rice bowls covered with a secret sauce handed down by the original proprietor. The hearty tokudai tendon comes topped with two extra large shrimp and four kinds of vegetables. Diners can also enjoy sashimi made with fresh, plump seafood caught in the Bungo Channel; such Oita specialties as toriten chicken tempura, ryukyu marinated sashimi, and dangojiru dumpling soup.
