Kyo-Suiran
A restaurant inside the Suiran Hotel Kyoto in Ukyo Ward, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture. Here diners can enjoy a new style of cuisine that resounds with the espirit of France while retaining the conventions of traditional kaiseki course cuisine made with seasonal Kyoto ingredients. Originally the luxurious Enmeikaku holiday villa of Kawasaki Heavy Industries founder Shozo Kawasaki, the restored interior is perfect for a banquet or celebration. The seasonal Gozen lunch is one of the restaurant’s most popular menu items.

- Not so good

- Outstanding venue and service, decent food
- The ambience created by this restaurant is outstanding. Unfortunately, the food is just good, not at the next level. For the price we hoped for more. Still, a good evening.
