Hyogo Prefectural Akashi Park
A park built on the grounds of Akashi Castle in Akashi City. Park facilities include a baseball ground, stadium, tennis courts, bicycle racing field, and square. Also a renowned destination for viewing cherry blossoms in spring and fall foliage in autumn, the park has even been selected for inclusion in a list of Japan's Top 100 Cherry Blossom Spots. A variety of events are held at the park throughout the year, including the Akashi Park Cherry Blossom Festival and the Akashi Castle Festival.
