Sasayama Tamamizu

"A tourist restaurant which serves dishes made with local ingredients and specialty products like Sasayama black soybeans and wild boar but which also offers a wide array of other dishes as well. Menu selections offered year round include the ""Tamba Mansai Gozen"" meal, which comes with Tamba beef teppanyaki, rice mixed with Tamba black soybeans, and soba noodles; sukiyaki; and the abalone assortment, which gives diners the chance to enjoy Korean Ezo abalone in a wide variety of ways (note that certain menu courses can only be ordered by groups of 20 or larger). The restaurant is also adjoined by a Tamba souvenir and gift shop carrying products such as Tamba chestnuts and black soybeans."
