Fujinobo Sanda
"A tourism-oriented farm located in Sanda City, Hyogo Prefecture. Visitors can pick strawberries, harvest corn, or gather black soybeans, and each of these farm areas is equipped with a barbecue ground as well. In the fall, the farm offers a ""treasure hunt"" in which participants search for and can take home free of charge expensive, gourmet matsutake mushrooms; the farm also offers a tasty Hyogo-grown Japanese black beef barbecue set which includes Sanda beef, Tajima beef, and Kobe beef. The farm's botan nabe, practically a byword for Fujinobo, is a boar meat hotpot which has been made with choice Sanda edible wild plants, boar meat, and Iwatsu Welsh onions from specially contracted farms since the time of the farm's first owner. This hotpot is only offered in winter (mid-November to mid-April) and requires an advance reservation."
