Lunch set tasted nice.Cheese was cutted in animal shape like rabbit and squirrel, So cute. I heared that this restaurant has beautiful view but there were fog so, didnt see clear view T^T.

After a fun ride on the Rokko cable car we were greeted with a stunning view. We enjoyed the Kobe sake, a shared pizza and delicious dessert as the sun set over Osaka and Kobe. It was delightful!
Cafe with scenic veiw

I spent 1,850 yen for pancake set with drink and iced latte coffee. I end up enjoy the veiw while eating those. It’s the only cafe on this observatory.
