"A sushi restaurant located in Choshi City, Chiba Prefecture. Famous for being the easternmost sushi restaurant in Japan, the establishment serves nigiri sushi made with fresh fish from local Togawa Port. In addition to nigiri sushi made with delicious seafood like the popular broiled line-caught splendid alfonsino, the restaurant's sweet, meltingly soft datemaki omelets, dubbed ""fisherman's pudding,"" have become a signature dish."

伊達巻が有名で甘くて美味しい

お昼の閉店間際に訪問しましたが、快く入れてくれました。とても世話を焼いてくれる元気な女将さんと無口で仕事きっちりのような板前さん。伊達巻は甘く、歯ざわりツルツルで美味しいです。そのほかお寿司ももちろん美味しいです。前面道路が狭く、ちょっと駐車場がわかりにくかったです。
甘い伊達巻寿司で有名なお店です！

銚子名物「漁師のプリン」と言われる甘い伊達巻を使ったお寿司はもちろん、地魚を使った握り寿司盛りは彩りも味も抜群です。店内はお寿司屋さんとは思えないようなインテリアがお洒落。銚子電鉄の外川駅近く、黄色い伊達巻を描いた看板が目印です。
