Higashiyama Kaii Memorial Hall
"Kaii Higashiyama, a famous painter in the Japanese style, spent most of his life in the city of Ichikawa. The Higashiyama Kaii Memorial Hall has a collection of his prototypes, as well as his Japanese-style paintings, lithographs, woodblock prints, and reproductions, which are on exhibit. Related materials are also on exhibit, collected under the name ""Kaii Higashiyama as a Person,"" describing his accomplishments.
