監視人の女性たちは殆どがアルバイトですが、鑑賞している最中の目線がキツイ。まるで、罪悪人を見る視線で、落ち着いて鑑賞できない。せっかく隣の県から訪ねたのに、おもてなしができていない。最後には、男性職員が、2人、出口から入ってきて、ジロリと一喝、とっても感じ悪ーという、なんて日だ！
栃木県関係の美術を中心に楽しむことができます。

JR宇都宮駅からバスで15分くらいのところにあります。大人250円と比較的リーズナブルに、栃木県関係の美術を中心に見学することができます。
料金もお安いので気軽に入館できます

青春１８きっぷを活用しながらの東京＆埼玉滞在からの帰り、宇都宮でも下車して観光してきました。「栃木県立美術館」は、ＪＲ宇都宮駅からちょっと離れているのでバスでの訪問がおすすめ。特に著名な作品が展示されているわけではないのですが、綺麗ですし入館料もお安いので、時間がある方は是非。
