A soba restaurant in Nikko City, Tochigi Prefecture. Come taste authentic hand-made soba noodles in this reconstruction of Ninomiya Takanori (also known as Sontoku)'s childhood house. The noodles are thin but resilient and you can enjoy their fragrance as you eat them. One of their most popular menu items is a Tempura Dipping Soba served with fried kakiage made from sliced pumpkin and trumpet mushroom.

日光杉並木の脇小道を入って行ったところにあります。蕎麦はコシがあり、鰹出汁がしっかりした汁にマッチ。グループや家族でも楽しめる一升打ちもあります。盛りは少なめなので大盛りや、五合盛りなどお好みで。落ち着いた古民家の中で美味しい蕎麦にありつけました。
