ハードル高い生湯葉

お勧めは生湯葉ですが、持ち運びや売り切れなどのハードルが高くて、中々購入できません。もちろん揚げた湯葉も美味しいです。
串湯波を買ってみました

日光といえば湯波。なのに、今まで湯波屋さんに入ったことがありませんでした。ガイドブックなどで見かける、串湯波が気になっていたのでゲット！お菓子のようなおつまみのような、ヘルシーな食べ物でした。
懐かしの日光の味

やはり一番のおすすめは生のゆばです。わさび醤油でお刺身としていただくと、豆そのものの味香りがしてとても美味しいです。ただしお土産にするには沢山は重くなるので、乾燥した湯葉が軽くて便利です。もちろん風味は落ちてしまいますが…
