3年ぶりの規制なしのGW、川崎からロングドライブで大渋滞に悪戦苦闘しながら、ひたちなかの海浜公園に二人で出かけました。帰りに古橋亭でディナーを頂きました。お客は少なめでしたが、頂いたお任せの5000円コースは良い材料を丁寧に料理されているのが良くわかり、味や見た目も良くとてもおいしく頂きました。久々のコース料理、大満足です。
