Ibaraki Kenmin no Mori
This forest park was created in 1968. Visitors can stroll amidst natural forest lush with seasonal flowering plants, and catch sight of some 360 varieties of trees and wild grasses and flowers along with around 90 varieties of wild birds like green pheasants and great spotted woodpeckers. A variety of events are held in the park, as well, such as crafting classes and nature games.
