Owned and operated by Yamasa Suisan, the largest fish retailer in the Nakaminato Fish Market, the restaurant's popularity stems from both its large variety of large, fresh sushi and its excellent value. The restaurant's stunning sushi is twice the size of sushi served elsewhere. The restaurant's seasonal seafood comes from the nearby Nakaminato Fishing Port, ensuring it's impeccably fresh. Almost always bustling with customers, inside customers will find a sign indicating the day's recommendations. この店だけ混んでいるけどおすすめ。

2年前はコロナでの自粛が始まったばかりだったので並ばずに入れたが、流石に自粛解除後なので混んでおり50人ほど並んでいたが30分くらいで入れた。昼時は混雑する様だが開店直後ならこんな感じで食事が出来る。味は新鮮でリーズナブル、また行きたい。
