オープンキッチンの美味しいお蕎麦屋さん

蕎麦屋で、オープンキッチンというのが、まず驚きました。厨房が身近に見えて、活気が伝わり、オープンにできる店主の自信が伺えました。つきだしも、旬の天ざるも、とにかく、新鮮美味しい！また、ぜひ行きたいです。

常陸秋そばで有名なそばの街、常陸太田市ですが、その中でも特にお勧めできるお店です。県道沿いの郊外の一軒家で、20台ほど駐車できる敷地があります。木製の飯台が並んだ清潔感がある広々とした店内で、お店の切り盛りも良く、並んだお客も確りと捌いています。唯一、個室が良い人には不向きです。肝心の蕎麦ですが、常陸秋そばの特徴である少し滑りがあり、星がはっきりとした香りが良い美味しい蕎麦です。大盛り(＋2...

休日のお昼時に行ったところ、お店の前には大行列が...。しばらく待って店内へ、田舎風の雰囲気がいいですね。今回は旬菜天ざるを注文。季節の野菜が天ぷらになって、そばも喉越しも風味もあり、とにかく美味かったです。他県ナンバーが多いのも納得ですね！
