Roadside Station Kanra

This roadside station is located in Kanra Town, on Prefectural Route 46’s Tomioka Kanna Line. It is near the entrance of the castle town of Obata, and can be easily accessed from the Joshin-etsu Expressway or National Route 254. The Momotaro Meal, which uses the local specialty pheasant meat and Mochi Kibi is famous and is very popular as a set meal and as a lunch box meal. The shop sells local agricultural products and processed goods, as well as wine and other goods imported directly from its Italian sister city. The nearby thatched house is the relocated and restored residence of Matsui family, the Edo Period Village Chief. It is free to enter and is often used as a rest area.

こんにゃくパークの近くにある道の駅です。建物に趣があります。併設されたレストランではお蕎麦やうどん、定食を提供していて、フードコートではピザを提供しています。地元野菜やイタリアの姉妹都市から輸入されたワインやオリーブオイルが売ってました。甘楽町らしさとイタリアらしさを堪能できる道の駅です。

ピザ窯のあるフードコートのクアトロフォルマジオがリーズナブルで最高です。道を挟んだ向かいに清流が流れていて散歩道が整備されていて、川遊び、散歩に最適。和菓子は甘楽町のお菓子屋さんの商品が買えます。
富岡製糸場近く

富岡製糸場近くにある道の駅。地元の農産物や、名産品、お酒など、品ぞろえが豊富で、野菜は、新鮮で安いのがうれしいです。群馬県産のお米を購入、とてもふっくらとしていて、美味でした。
