"This roadside station is located at the east entrance of Myogi-Arafune-Saku Kogen Quasi-National Park, on National Route 254. The newly opened delicatessen shop, ""Marumoya"", which is famous for its Shimonita Croquettes and Pizza Messe bakery, underwent renewal and reopened in January 2018. The popular direct sales outlet, which sells the exceptionally popular Jersey milk soft cream Kozu Ranch Milk Bars, Shimonita specialty Konjac and Shimonita leeks also underwent renewal."

こんにゃくでも有名な下仁田。ジオパークもあります。その二つからのネーミングのお蕎麦が、道の駅下仁田にありました。安い！ボリュームたっぷり…大根のつまがお蕎麦に混じっていて、お刺身こんにゃくも付きヘルシーです。つけだれが薄いかな。

新鮮な農産物があるのはもちろんのこと、おみやげとなる魅力的な食品類が沢山取り揃えてある道の駅でした。観光案内所も別棟にありました。

駐車場も広くなり、信号から出入りできて便利になりました。神津牧場の乳製品、特産の葱を使った煎餅やふりかけなどの商品をはじめとして沢山のお土産が揃います。軽食のコーナーではソフトクリームが人気です。
