Mukunashi Dam (Hakuryu Lake)

This freshwater lake is in Mihara City, Hiroshima Prefecture was formed after the Mukunashi Dam was built in 1969 and draws its name from the legendary story related to Mukunashi River. Just upstream, you’ll find the Lake Hakuryu Sports Village with the Hakuryu Dome, baseball field, and tennis courts. There are also other ways to pass the time including the lakeside Roadside Station Yogansu Hakuryu and a resort center.
