Gonbe (udon and soba noodles)
An udon noodle restaurant in Akitakata City, Hiroshima Prefecture. Come taste their special Yasha Udon Soup with its special spicy broth seasoned with shichimi chili peppers and topped with pork and local green onions. This restaurant is said to be the originator of Yasha Udon, which draws its name from a scary female demon and Akitakata’s Shinto history.

- えび天そばにしました。えびは2匹乗っていました。出汁が上品で飲みやすい味なのでおいしかったです。うどんもありました。
