The museum holds a wide variety of special exhibitions to provide visitors with opportunities to come in contact with all manner of art. In addition to three galleries, the museum also has a studio, book corner, and café overlooking the grounds, providing content and activities for the whole family to enjoy.

茅ヶ崎市は人口24万人でコンパクトな規模ですが、市で比較的小規模ながら美術館も20年前から運営しているなど文化施設が充実してて、近所の方が羨ましいですね。事情を良く知らず隣の芝は青い的な発想かもしれませんが、年間パスポートで何回でもと言っても、実際には10回以上通うにはかなりの努力が必要かと思います。

こちらはサザン通りに面した落ち着いた場所にある美術館です。館内はとても綺麗で周りの緑地もすごくいいところです。
