駅から15分歩いて着く距離でした。1泊2900円と安いので仕方ないと思えば仕方ないですが、もともと賃貸だったのか、部屋の中にシャワー、トイレ（バス、トイレ一緒になってる）があるので周りの人が気になって入りづらさはある。夜は1時過ぎても近くで？もしかしたら同建物の一階のバー騒いでる音が聞こえてうるさかったです。シーツ2枚、バスタオル一枚、布団、枕はある。他は持参必要です。スタッフさんは可もなく不可も...
料理の美味しいゲストハウス

ゲストハウスなので設備には期待していませんでしたが、一階の共用スペースに併設されているバーカウンターで美味しい料理がいただけます。オーナーをはじめ、店員さんも気さくな方ばかりです。
甲府で唯一らしいゲストハウス

甲府でゲストハウスでは唯一とはチェックインした際に言われましたが。スマホがバッテリー切れでナビが使えなくても夜だけど大通り沿いだから直ぐに分かると思いましたが入り口は反対側だったので地元の方に聞いて行けました。階下は名前の通りバーみたいなのとチェックインカウンター、隣接して共用スペースが有りました。また甲府に来た際には利用したいですね。
