  ふわとろオムパスタを頂きました。ふわとろのオムレツの中に、酸味の効いたトマトソースパスタが入っているのですが、その上にじっくり煮込んだミートソースがかけられています。いわゆる「オムそば」のイタリアンバージョンなのですが、これが美味しい！オムレツを少しずつ崩してミートソースを絡めて少しずつ味を変えて食べることができます。
