- 駅の南東側 国道223号線にイオンショッピングセンターや大型チェーン店ができてから、駅前はずいぶん寂しくなりましたがじんまりとお店を構えて90余年続く和菓子屋さんです。季節の和菓子なども充実しているので、ぜひ途中下車して列車の旅のお供にしたり、お土産にしたり等々いいんじゃないかなと思います。
