- 別府温泉にある「地獄そば」が名物のお店です。茶そば風のそばで、温泉で茹でているそうです。ダシも温泉を利用して作っているそうで、いかにも別府らしいですね。味はさっぱりとした感じで、ランチにいただくのにちょうど良いと思います
