- Yoshiko Soba Noodles is a specialty Okinawa soba noodle shop located in Izumi, Motobu Town and in front of so-called “Soba Kaido (street)” on Prefectural Highway No. 84. There are three types of Okinawan soba noodles; soki (stewed pork spareribs), tebichi (pig’s feet) and ribs and the soup is prepared from pork, dried bonito and konbu seaweed. The tebichi soba noodles topped with tebichi stewed until they are so tender that the meat can be torn off with chopsticks are popular.
