Okinawa Pref. Urasoeshi Minatogawa 2-16-1

Ippe coppe located in Urasoe, Okinawa Prefecture is a specialty bread shop using natural yeast. It is a lovely shop standing quietly in the foreigners’ residential district. Bread made only from selected ingredients and using only Japanese wheat is baked in limited quantities so it is recommended to get in early. The shop also sells rusks, scones, and in-house roasted coffee which goes well with the bread. During summer, the café Niwatori opens in the garden of the shop. You can enjoy a shaved ice covered with homemade syrup.

おしゃれなお店が並ぶ港川外国人住宅にあるパン屋さん。こちらのお店もアメリカ風の建物でおしゃれです。天然酵母をつかっているそうです。食パンやバゲットのほか、様々なパンがありました。スコーンをテイクアウトしました。食感と香りが良くてとても美味しかったです。

"This bakery is located along Pipeline-dori Street just south of Urasoe Municipal Miyagi Kindergarten and Elementary School. In addition to selling bread and pastries, it also features a cafe that serves light fare. Recommendations include their Saikoro Steak Box, one of their ""Delicious Boxes"" which each feature a variety of items served on a divided plate, their loco moco bowl, which is topped with a soft-boiled egg, and their pasta all'Ortolana, which features homemade bacon. Supplies of their cold brew coffee, which is extracted over eight hours, are limited. Customers can order items to go or to eat in the restaurant."

This confectionary shop is located along National Route 329 in Tomari, Nakagusuku Village, Nakagami County. They make and sell fresh and baked sweets, freshly-baked bread, and more. One of their most popular products is their Ryukyu puddings, which are made with soy milk instead of eggs, giving them a notably smooth texture. Three varieties are available to enjoy: mango, purple yam, and brown sugar.

It sells Manju buns, and the best-known kind is Asa Manju, which has a local seaweed, known as ""Asa,"" kneaded into the dough. The other two varieties available are made with azuki beans or sesame. The shop also sells Inarizushi (rice inside a pouch of fried tofu) made with Asa, as well as fried chicken flavored with shio koji (salt-marinated rice malt)"

建物は古いですが、それなりの趣きのある上品な雰囲気のレストランです。私達はディナーを利用し、コース料理を頂きました。味も美味しく、値段的にもお手頃だと思います。今日は、週末だからかピアノの生演奏もありよかったです。(平日は確認してください) お昼にはランチもやっているようです。ただ、お店は地下ですが、エレベーターはないようなので、高齢などで足が悪い方には不便かもしれません。
