    久しぶりの赤道ラーメンでした。注文後、カウンター越しに調理を見ていたところ、どうも新人さんが作っているらしく先輩格の人が指導してつくっていました。しかし、何か間違ったらしく一旦廃棄し、再度、作り直しをされていました。 時間がかかったせいなのか、スープもアツアツではなく、また、麺ものびていました。新人教育は済ませてから、営業に入ってもらいたいです。

    歯ごたえのある麺は自家製だそうです。確かにもっちりとして美味しかったです。スープも濃厚で、私好みでした。シンプルに醤油ラーメンの大盛りのみをいただきましたが、ラーメンそのもののお味を堪能できました。お値段も700円ちょっとで、リーズナブルでした。
