    Japan’s first black vinegar cuisine specialty restaurant, located in Fukuyama-cho, Kirishima City, Kagoshima Prefecture. Dedicated to sharing the area’s unique, local culture revolving around black vinegar, the establishment also offers a variety of activities in addition to operating as a restaurant. Diners can enjoy lunch course meals consisting of creative dishes created with an abundance of locally grown organic vegetables and Kakuida black vinegar, as well as a sweets assortment made with black vinegar. Visitors can also view a field of some 20 thousand jars being used to make Fukuyama black vinegar, and check out a gallery and black vinegar museum section. The establishment’s shop sells Kakuida brown rice black vinegar, black vinegar dressing, and other products; visitors can also taste different black vinegar varieties and purchase their favorite.

    This malt theme park is located near Kagoshima Airport. Inside the park's vast grounds, there is Umakamon Market, where visitors can purchase items such as Kirishima Plateau pickles and other malt products and Kyushu souvenirs, as well as restaurants where visitors can enjoy authentic Czech cuisine. There are also tours that visitors can enter and see Kirishima Plateau beer and shochu being made. The park offers a free pick-up service from the airport.

    鹿児島空港との間を無料で送迎してくれます。焼酎工場の見学と色々の説明もありますし、売店もありました。レストランは休業中でしたが、雰囲気のある作りで、いつか利用してみたいと思いました。

It is best known for its unique almond ramen, which was ranked as the best overall ramen in Kagoshima Prefecture in the Ramen Walker Grand Prix. This delicious dish incorporates almond paste and almond powder into a tonkotsu (pork bone) soup, giving it a unique flavor that is light yet rich. The restaurant is located inside the owner's home, which features a garden that blooms with seasonal flowers.     This shop is located in the center of the second floor of the domestic terminal building of Kagoshima Airport. The shop carries Kagoshima souvenirs, including renowned Kagoshima confections like karukan and Satsuma kintsuba; shochus; satsuma-age deep-fried fish paste nuggets; and other famous local specialty products. The shop also has locations near gate 6 and gate 9 which can be used even after getting your carry-on baggage inspected. In the Sky Terrace near gate 6, you can enjoy the shop's light meals, airplane bento box meals, and various beverages while taking in the Kirishima Mountains and watching the airplanes take off and land. All of the shop's locations are open until 15 minutes prior to the last flight leaving for the day.

    This cafe and restaurant is located close to the entrance to Kirishima Shrine a 10-minute drive from Kirishimajingu Station on the JR Nippo Main Line. Here you can enjoy healthy cuisine made with such choice ingredients as Berkshire pork, seasonal vegetables, and Isa rice. The popular Materia Lunch Plate, limited to just 10 customers a day, is a hearty and filling meal which comes with Berkshire pork tenderloin cutlets, seven varieties of small sides, tempura, salad, a nimono stewed dish, and a fish dish. The restaurant also has a kids' menu, and even families with children can have a relaxing meal here. Pets are allowed in the terrace seating area. Additionally, the restaurant sells homemade bread and knickknacks.

    We had lunch here after visiting Kirishima Shrine. All the dishes taste good and the fired pork is the best.

    最近リニューアルしましたお店です。国道10号沿いにありこのマクドナルド店はいつ行っても混み合ってます。ドライブスルー注文よりカウンター注文が早い場合ありです。

    全国展開大手チェーンのショップなので、味もかわらずこの店でもおいしいです。 車で利用は駐車場もあり便利ですし、店内飲食だけでなくドライブスルーも利用できるのでテイクアウトでも便利です。駅からだと国分よりは隼人のほうが近いです。

    姶良イオンのフードコート内にあるケンタッキーです。フードコートなのでケンタ以外のひとも好きなものを買って一緒にたべることができます。クラッシャーズはおいしいけど少し高いです。

    This place is located opposite Chikusan so it was convenient to buy desserts here. The sweets were yummy, the atmosphere very good.

    牛丼ミニ＋豚汁＋サラダで十分満たされました。 牛丼は吉野家にはやや負けるかな。夏に食べたサラダ牛丼はそこそこよかった。 庶民には財布にやさしいのでグッドです。 お店のサービスは普通かな。

Over 100 active volcanoes across Kagoshima make it one of the Japan's most exciting prefectures.
