    This restaurant is located three minutes by car or bus from Kikai Airport. Built across from the airport, it also functions as a cafe, but it has made its reputation on beef from Kagoshima's black-coated wagyu cattle. Asunaro Steak, flavored with garlic, is served in a prix fixe meal with a special soy-based sauce, salad, and rice. Wagyu beef prix fixe meals are available for customers' enjoyment at both lunchtime and dinnertime.

    喜界島空港付近にある洋食レストラン。ランチで利用しました。 ポークジンジャーを頼んだのですが、これが美味しかった！ 一緒に鉄板にのっている玉ねぎは完全に生で口が臭くなるので食べませんでしたが、ポークジンジャーは最高に美味しかったです。

It is the closest restaurant to the airport, and you can enjoy meals while looking at the blue sea because the beach is behind the restaurant. Their specialty ""mozuku soba"" is a dish of particular acclaim, which is made by using select mozuku seaweed and a unique method. Their fried gyoza dumplings made with Kurobuta black pork, which has an attractive glutinous texture, is also popular.     This cafe and restaurant is located a 20-minute drive from the Ei Interchange on the Ibusuki Skyline. Boasting a cozy, warm atmosphere, the popular establishment bustles with locals. The Kuronbo Cake is particularly popular and consists of strawberries, pineapple, and a variety of other fruits plus ice cream sandwiched between fluffy sponge cake. The establishment is also located not far from Bandokorobana Nature Park, whose beauty was praised by cartographer Ino Tadataka, and is a great place to stop by to rest your weary legs after a long walk in the area.

    40年ほど昔に大学生の友人がくろんぼでバイトしてた際に複数回利用。友人ともに大学を卒業してからはなかなか訪れる事は無かったが今回妻と久しぶりに来店。Aランチ1150円紅茶セットでランチを食す。当日は全日本女子プリンセス駅伝大会がテレビで流れ、お隣では女子会3人組が賑やかにランチを楽しんでました。普段使い出来る気さくなカフェです。

    年末に向けての改装改築でしょうか、この時は一部が工事中で使い勝手がいまいちでした。でも道の駅としての機能も、また地場産品の購入場所としても十分です。近在の名所などの案内が充実していました。

    This cafe and restaurant is located close to the entrance to Kirishima Shrine a 10-minute drive from Kirishimajingu Station on the JR Nippo Main Line. Here you can enjoy healthy cuisine made with such choice ingredients as Berkshire pork, seasonal vegetables, and Isa rice. The popular Materia Lunch Plate, limited to just 10 customers a day, is a hearty and filling meal which comes with Berkshire pork tenderloin cutlets, seven varieties of small sides, tempura, salad, a nimono stewed dish, and a fish dish. The restaurant also has a kids' menu, and even families with children can have a relaxing meal here. Pets are allowed in the terrace seating area. Additionally, the restaurant sells homemade bread and knickknacks.

    We had lunch here after visiting Kirishima Shrine. All the dishes taste good and the fired pork is the best.

    野菜たっぷりのちゃんぽんがお手頃な金額で食べれていいです。 支払い方法もたくさんあり便利でした。 喫煙出来るのが良かった。 チャーハンが残念だったので上記評価しました。

    鹿児島市内へ向かっている途中の国道沿いにあります。いつも食べなれた味で安心感があります。お昼時で混雑していましたがカウンター席は空いていたのですぐに着席できました。個人的には好きな味なので看板を見かけるとついつい食べたくなります。

Over 100 active volcanoes across Kagoshima make it one of the Japan's most exciting prefectures.
