The restaurant is famous for serving the “Original Nagashi Somen” (flowing noodles) in bamboo at the counter seats. There is also equipment installed on the tables that rotate to experience “Nagashi Somen”. “Sashimi konjac”, and “Yamame” (landlocked salmon) baked onsite, are also popular. The restaurant's fishing pole-caught Nichinan bonito broiled rice box meal, ranked number one in a list of local Nichinan dishes, comes with fresh, raw bonito you broil yourself. Customers rave that the meal's bonito soy-based sauce, made with local Obi soy sauce, garlic, and ginger, has a light and delicious flavor. Situated on the site of the government office for Obi Domain in the Edo period, the history-leaden building is also famously the only extant example of nagakura architecture in the former castle town of Obi. The restaurant is renowned for its ""Obiten,"" a traditional Obi regional variety of tempura consisting of minced fish mixed with tofu and miso before being deep-fried. Tender in texture and bearing a mild, slightly sweet flavor, once you take a bite, you'll never forget how delicious it is, and many tourists make their way to the restaurant time and again to enjoy the delicacy.     飫肥城址から直ぐの場所に立地。コロナ禍で店内飲食がやっていなかったので今回は持ち帰りでおび天と厚焼を購入。魚のすり身に豆腐と味噌・黒砂糖を練り込んだおび天は味噌の風味と仄かな甘味が。厚焼は表面がプリンの様な卵焼き。どちらも飫肥の郷土料理、大変美味しゅうございました。

    宴会で利用。食事と飲み物で一人あたり8000-10000円くらいあれば、何とかなる。日本酒をのむ場合は13000円くらいの予算がほしい。宮崎では格式の高い料亭で、仲居さんも和服。味も素晴らしいが、値段もそれなりに高い。
