- Brin d’Azur is the maker of the ripe kumquat Fromador cheese cake and the ripe mango Fromarouge cheese cake, both of which have come to be top Miyazaki souvenirs. In addition to these two cakes, the bright and airy shop interior, reminiscent of Southern France, is filled with delicious and elegant French sweets. Cake sets are also provided for the enjoyment of customers dining in. The closest station is Miyazaki-Jingu Station on the Nippo Main Line.

以前は、宮崎で一番高級感のあるケーキ屋さんだったと思いますが、久しぶりに来店したところ、その面影はあまりなく、普通のケーキ屋さんになっていて残念でした。 しかし、購入したショートケーキはクリーム、スポンジともに美味しく満足でした。 山形屋店にも電話で問いあわせした時は、丁寧に対応してくださったので、もっと頑張って欲しいです。
