A gallery located inside Yufuin Station in Kawakita, Yufuin-cho, Yufu City. Making use of a hall also used as a waiting area inside the Arata Isozaki-designed building, the gallery exhibits paintings, photos, crafts, and other works of art. The station building also has a footbath area.

Many people sitting there waiting for train at mid-day, and luggages are allowed to leave there, not like a Art Hall at all.

A museum where visitors can enjoy the amazing and eye-deceiving world of trick 3D art, where flat pictures seem to leap out and different images appear depending on your position. The real fun comes from the exhibits which allow visitors to take pictures and become one with the artwork, such as rooms which use perspective to make a person look taller or shorter, and a flying carpet scene. Dogs which are carried at all times are also allowed in the museum. Closest station; JR Yufuin Station.

The museum displays a diverse collection of vehicles and other items gathered by the owner over a 30-year span. 200 rare vintage motorcycles from Japan and around the world are displayed in the World Motorcycle History Hall. Visitors will find toys, posters, and other pop culture items dating to Japan’s bygone Showa period (1926-1989) in the Showa Retro Hall. This park with an array of sports facilities is located about five minutes by car from JR Tenjinyama Station. The expansive grounds feature a playscape, baseball field, tennis courts, and a multi-use area for gateball, golf, track and field events, and more. The baseball field and tennis courts are equipped for night use. There is also a Kagura Hall used for these ancient Shinto music and dance performances. From May to October Shonai's kagura troops perform once a month on a rotating basis, and on November third and fourth they hold the Shonai Festival featuring an assortment of local kagura groups.

At this tourist farm, a 15-minute drive from the Kokonoe Interchange as well as the Kusu Interchange on the Oita Expressway, visitors can have fun picking Japanese pears in a field with a wonderful view of the Kusu Basin. The dedicated Japanese pear farm has been in operation for over 60 years. Visitors can pick Hosui, Akizuki, Niitaka, and other varieties which grow large and sweet thanks to the temperature differences created by the farm's high altitude (450 meters above sea level) and underground spring water from Mt. Daiso. Japanese pear picking is offered when the fruit is in season from late August to mid-October. The farm also offers apple picking from late October. Famous sightseeing destinations such as Ryumon Falls, the Kokonoe Yume Suspension Bridge, and Yaba Gorge are located nearby.
